It has always been a dream of mine to own my own restaurant, Shaf's Place. There is no better time than the present and no better time to start what will later become a real life physical place of business. 2009 is going to be a Big Year. So much of life is built on your attitude and so much of your attitude, as much as we hate to admit it sometimes, can be controlled.
Shaf's Place is a concept that is fairly self explanatory. "Shaf," being short for the good ole family name and "Place," well, it just has a good ring to it. I hope that you enjoy the postings that none of us even know will exist in a day, or a week, or a year. Maybe, just maybe, some of these postings will hit home with you. We all have our trials, tribulations, and triumphs. I will share a select few with you as we all look forward to many changes and great things to come, starting today, January 5th, in the year 2009.
